Dr Melissa Crestani

Dr. Melissa Crestani graduated with a Master’s Degree in Chiropractic from the Durban University of Technology. She is passionate about patient education and helping patients live a healthy, pain-free life so that they can get back to enjoying all the adventures that our beautiful Cape Town has to offer.

Although Dr. Melissa treats all neuro-musculoskeletal conditions, she has a keen interest in dry needling and treating patients with tension and headaches.

Dr. Melissa’s holistic approach to health and chiropractic treatment allows for muscle release techniques such as massage and dry needling, joint manipulation, and mobilisations. All treatments are carefully tailored to each patient and aimed at treating the cause of the problem and not just the symptoms.
